November 2025 Promotional Offer Terms

Promotional Period:

 Eligibility

This promotional offer is available to new and existing clients who sign up for services between 12:00 AM on November 1, 2025, and 11:59 PM on November 17, 2025 (Central Time).

 Discount Details

Clients who sign up during the promotional period will receive a 20% discount on ONE of the following services:

1. Getting Started Service- $48 (regularly $60) for 1 hour, including a quick follow-up session if needed

2. Writer's Block Service:

   - 1 stand-alone session: $64 (regularly $80), includes feedback on up to 25 pages

   - 4 sessions paid in advance: $240 (regularly $300)

3. Content Editing Service:

   - Minimum fee: $60 (regularly $80 minimum)

   - For manuscripts exceeding the minimum: 20% off the standard $3 per page rate (reduced to $2.40 per page) for any pages beyond those covered by the minimum fee

 Important Terms

One-Time Offer: Each client may use this promotional discount for ONE service only, ONE time. The discount cannot be applied to multiple services or combined with any other offers.

Payment Required: Full payment must be received during the promotional period (November 1-17, 2025) to qualify for the discount.

Service Completion Deadlines:

  - Getting Started; single sessions must be completed within 3 months of sign-up (by February 17, 2026)

  - Writer's Block 4-session package: All 4 sessions must be completed within 6 months of sign-up (by May 17, 2026)

  - Content Editing services must be completed within 2 months of sign-up (by January 17, 2026) (Your pages must be received by January 17, 2026.)

No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. If services are not used within the specified timeframe, no refund or credit will be issued.

Scheduling: Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the allowable timeframe. Rose Writers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests, subject to availability.

Non-Transferable: This discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Your creative works will NOT be shared, published, or distributed without your explicit written consent.

Photos taken during workshops or events may be shared on our social media platforms, website, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.

For minors (under 18): Parents/guardians are required to sign a photo use permission slip before any photos of their child may be taken or shared.

You have the right to:

• Opt out completely from being photographed during events
• Request removal of any photos containing your image
• Decline consent for social media sharing at any time
• Revoke permission previously given on photo use permission slips

For participants under 13 years of age, we provide additional protections in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act):

• We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information
• Parents/guardians have the right to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information
• We limit information collection to what is necessary for workshop participation
• Photos of minors are only shared with explicit parental consent
• Parents/guardians may request complete removal of their child's information at any time

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information or creative works with third parties, except:

• When required by law or legal process
• With your explicit written consent
• In anonymized form for educational or research purposes (with all identifying information removed)

We use trusted third-party services to support our operations:

• Google Drive for secure storage of teaching materials, lecture content, and workshop resources
• Payment processors for workshop fee transactions
• Email platforms for client communication

These services have their own privacy policies and security measures. We select providers that maintain high standards for data protection.

When workshops are recorded (with advance notice to participants), recordings are stored securely and used solely for instructional purposes.

For clients located outside the United States, please note:

• This privacy policy is governed by Texas and US federal law
• We take appropriate measures to protect international data transfers
• You have the same privacy rights as US-based clients
• Contact us with any questions about how international privacy laws may apply to your situation

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information we have collected
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)
• Opt out of photo sharing on social media
• Withdraw consent for information use at any time

• Personal contact information: Retained while you are an active client, plus 4 years for business records
• Creative works and submissions: Retained only as long as necessary for workshop purposes, then securely destroyed unless you request return
• Photos: Retained until you opt out or request removal
• Workshop recordings: Stored securely for instructional purposes, with access limited to instructor use

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued participation in our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
