Photography and Social Media

Photo Usage

Photos taken during workshops or events may be shared on our social media platforms, website, or marketing materials for promotional purposes.

For minors (under 18): Parents/guardians are required to sign a photo use permission slip before any photos of their child may be taken or shared.

Opt-Out Options

You have the right to:

• Opt out completely from being photographed during events

• Request removal of any photos containing your image

• Decline consent for social media sharing at any time

• Revoke permission previously given on photo use permission slips

Special Protections for Minors (Under 13)

• Workshop recordings: Stored securely for instructional purposes, with access limited to instructor use
