The Art of Making Things Up: an intro to fiction writing

Your story starts here in this 4-week creative writing class. You will learn and practice the basic elements of fiction writing, get helpful feedback on your work, and learn how to turn your ideas into stories everyone wants to read. Learn how to get those story ideas out of your head and on the page! For ages 18+.

In-person workshops are back! These bi-weekly sessions are a great way to supporty your creative writing journey. Whether you're just starting out, or need to "get back to it" these workshops are for you!

I've been an AWA workshop faciltator since 2009 and love they way these workshops help writers (and nonwriters) explore their creativity and have fun doing it.
